About Me
I’m a licensed social worker practicing in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, whose psychotherapeutic approach stems from sex therapy, trauma-informed care, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I have a Master’s in Trauma and Crisis Studies from Tel Aviv University, and a Master’s in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Using a relationship-centered model, I focus our therapeutic work on the therapist-client bond in a collaborative and integrative environment.
As a clinician, I have experience working with refugees and asylum seekers, sexual assault survivors, couples and poly relationships, and LGBTQ+ individuals and relationships. I have worked with clients wrestling with depression, anxiety, shame, gender and sexual identity concerns, sexual functioning, sexual desire, and self-esteem.
I am passionate about helping relationships increase intimacy and move towards positive change in a secure space. Let’s work towards building a relationship that thrives.
I currently practice under the supervision of Travis Atkinson, LCSW, at Loving at Your Best.

FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with my client’s insurance. Most out-of-network plans will cover anywhere from 40-80% of
the cost of our sessions. Individual: $150/session; relationships: $210/session
Are you the right therapist for me?
Therapy is most effective when there is a strong therapist-client bond. What I offer is a safe, nonjudgmental environment for you to bring all of yourself. My passions and training have been to support the most marginalized, including LGBTQIA+ folks, people of color, immigrants, and diverse relationship dynamics.
What is sex therapy?
While I continue my path toward AASECT Certification in Sex Therapy, much of my work focuses on sexual concerns. Sex therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to help clients address concerns around sexual behaviors, sexual attitudes, functioning, and expression. This can include kink and fetish, pain during sex, communication of sexual needs, erection and lubrication issues, premature and prolonged ejaculation, and changes in desire and arousal. Sex therapy addresses emotional issues underlying sexual concerns, offers psychoeducation on human sexuality, and techniques to maximize sexual satisfaction. Sex therapy is exclusively talk therapy and does not involve sexual or inappropriate contact.
